ELIGIBILITY

  • Open to U.S. residents aged 18 years or older.

    • Participants must be legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

    • Multiple entries per person are permitted. Entries must comply with all rules to be considered valid.

    • Employees of Attain Med Group and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) are not eligible to enter or win.

  • No purchase necessary to enter or win.

    • A purchase or payment of any kind is not required to enter the giveaway. Participation is free.

    • Reviews are optional: Reviews or feedback are encouraged but are not required and will not impact the likelihood of winning.

ENTRY METHOD

To enter the Veteran Support Giveaway, follow these steps:

  1. Complete the Feedback Form:

    • Visit the Attain Med Group website and complete the feedback form. This is your primary entry into the giveaway.

    • You must provide accurate information, including your full name, email address, and any other details requested on the form.

  2. Bonus Entries (Optional):

    • Participants can earn bonus entries by submitting public reviews on platforms like Google or Facebook about Attain Med Group.

    • Bonus entries are optional and do not affect your odds of winning. Submitting a review simply gives you additional chances to win.

    • Each review submitted provides one bonus entry, but reviews are not required to participate or win.

    • Please note: Reviews should comply with the platform’s guidelines, and any inappropriate or offensive content will be disregarded.

PRIZE

  • Prize Options:

    • $25 Amazon Gift Card: A digital gift card that can be used for online purchases on Amazon.com.

    • Attain Med Group Swag Pack: A set of branded merchandise from Attain Med Group, including items such as T-shirts, mugs, hats, and other fun goodies valued at under $25.

  • Prize Details:

    • The prize is non-transferable, meaning it cannot be exchanged for cash or another product.

    • If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Attain Med Group reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

    • The winner may not exchange the prize for other goods or services.

WINNER SELECTION

  • Selection Process:

    • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries submitted during the giveaway period. The random drawing will be conducted monthly.

    • The selection will take place on the first business day of the month, following the close of the giveaway period.

  • Notification:

    • The winner will be notified via email using the contact information provided on the entry form. The email notification will include instructions on how to claim the prize.

    • If the winner does not claim their prize within 48 hours of receiving the notification email, Attain Med Group reserves the right to select a new winner from the remaining entries.

    • Winner’s Announcement: The winner may be announced on the Attain Med Group social media channels, website, and email newsletter, with prior consent from the winner.

ANNOUNCEMENT

  • The winner will be publicly acknowledged via email and potentially featured on Attain Med Group’s website, social media channels, or in promotional newsletters.

    • If the winner agrees, their name and city/state may be shared on social media or other platforms to announce the winner.

    • By entering, you grant Attain Med Group permission to feature your name or image if you are selected as the winner.

  • Opt-Out Option:

    • If you prefer not to have your name or image shared, you may indicate your preference when contacted, and your privacy will be respected.

    • This giveaway is subject to all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

    • If any part of the giveaway is deemed unenforceable, the remainder of the rules shall remain valid.

  • No Purchase Necessary:

    • No purchase is required to enter or win. The giveaway is open to everyone who meets the eligibility criteria.

  • Disqualification:

    • Attain Med Group reserves the right to disqualify any participant who attempts to manipulate the entry process, cheats, or violates the rules in any way.
